Shipping policy

• Where we deliver: anywhere in the United Arab Emirates. We don't ship internationally yet.
• Cost: free on all UAE orders.
• Processing: orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
• Delivery time: 2-3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods (such as sales events and public holidays) or for reasons outside our control.
• Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order ships.
• Your address: please check it carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it couldn't be delivered after 3 attempts, we can reship it (delivery charges may apply) or refund you, minus any delivery costs incurred.
• Cash on Delivery: please have the exact amount ready. Refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel without a valid reason may prevent you from using Cash on Delivery on future orders.
• Damaged parcels: if your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of receiving it at hello@grain.com.
