100% cotton canvas, quilted, with our signature toile de Jouy print.
What are the dimensions?
34cm (W) × 27cm (H) × 15cm (D) — enough for a book, a bottle, and everyday essentials.
What's inside?
2 interior pockets (one zippered), a dedicated bottle pocket, and a phone pocket. And 1 exterior pocket.
Does it come in other colors?
Yes, a color for every mood - Powder Pink, Dusty Blue, and Sage Mist.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best to help - once it's shipped, we can no longer make changes.

Where do you ship?
Currently, across the United Arab Emirates only.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 3 business days within the UAE.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all UAE orders.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
What condition does the item need to be in?
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging attached
- Free from stains, odors, or signs of use
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We reserve the right to refuse a return that doesn't meet these conditions.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we cover return shipping and provide a free replacement or refund, as required by UAE consumer protection law.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@grain.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Are all items eligible for return?
Sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return, unless defective.
Care
How do I clean my carryall?
We recommend hand washing for best results - it's gentler on the quilting and print over time. The fabric is machine washable on a cold, delicate cycle if needed, but hand washing is preferred. Air dry only; do not tumble dry. Avoid bleach.
